I’ve been coming to the store for a long time, so I figured it time for a review. This is my favorite store anywhere. These guys all know me and always take amazing care of me. I’ve been really blessed, they always make sure I know about the promotions. It’s been a real joy to get to know all of them.
been going here for awhile and they have had some decent prices over the years but which is steadily climbing while the product has been steadily decreasing and now its to the point where i just came home with an ounce of swag that had more seeds in it then ive seen in decades and when you bring it up? 'oh sorry corporate stopped taking returns on flower products a few months back.'
(Cake pie) website advertised 34.4% when the product was picked up actual product 28.1% this is unacceptable bait and switch advertising Not the first time they have over estimated or used intentionally misleading advertising
You are going to wish you stood behind your product! I have a full cartridge that stopped working almost immediately. Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to meet your 7 day requirement of a return. Consider me a lost customer! You made it very clear that I do not matter. I warned you that I'm relentless!
As a long time customer I can say I used to love Trees but as of late I’ve been less than impressed. First off their POS system migration has been a nightmare and I seemingly can no longer access nearly $100 worth of points. And second, as someone who frequents the store atleast once a week, you’d think they’d have better rapport and customer service. I tried Lucy Sky down the way and would recommend it over this place as far as quality and service.
