Elijah is very attentive, and very knowledgeable. I had a pleasant experience working with him. I had already came in with the intention of getting out of there quickly, due to reoccurring experiences with a rude female staff member, and was pleasantly surprised with how attentive and friendly Elijah was. He took the time to answer all my questions, without any hesitation and without replying in a condensing manner. He made me feel comfortable in his presence. I wouldn’t have hesitations coming here if everyone was more like Elijah.
Great introduction to the gym and staff. They put me on a plan that works for me and got me ready for my journey. I’m very motivated from day one just because The love the staff and the gym showed and I even saw a friend working out as well.
I’m a newbie to cannabis so I chose this place based on reviews saying they were extremely helpful and gave good advice. Maybe I just caught the employee I spoke to on a bad day or something but that was the complete opposite of my experience. When I let her know I was looking for advice on what to start with and generally what I was looking for, all she told me was the various sales and deals that they had going on. She was very friendly, just not very informative. I’ll be going somewhere else in hopes of finding a better guide. Really nice building, though.
My budtender, heavy set black girl, older, super rude! She didn't know how to tell which substances were indica or sativa. Somebody tried to help her, she got mad about it. She gave me attitude from the moment I walked in there until I got frustrated with her and I left empty-handed. I know what I want, she didn't know how to find it, she wouldn't let anybody else help her, I'm going to a different store.
Shout out to Alexis. Smart and knew her stock all while being funny and nice to me. A relatable woman!
