I went in and bought ice cream cake concentrate and cones. I was over charged for the cones "Bob" charged me for a king pack instead of the 6 that's a 2 dollar difference I didn't buy the kings because of the price difference. The concentrate was also supposed to be an additional 25% off. I won't be back to this location, not only could he not answer my other questions he didn't do the job totally. The 13 was supposed to be out the door not the pre tax. Not having knowledge, not leading the sale, and scanning incorrectly? What a poor transaction, in the future I hope the company can provide better training, better service, and put in a bit more effort on the customers behalf.
I recently visited the DMV with the hope of renewing my license, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the outcome I had hoped for. However, I wanted to take a moment to commend Tyler, who assisted me during my visit. Tyler was incredibly approachable from the start, making what is often a stressful experience much more manageable. He was professional in every aspect, taking the time to explain the situation clearly and ensuring I understood why my preferred outcome couldn’t be achieved. Despite the setback, Tyler’s friendly demeanor and willingness to help were truly appreciated. His ability to maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service made all the difference. Thank you, Tyler, for your outstanding assistance. You turned a challenging situation into a positive experience, and that’s worth recognizing.

Amber was amazing! This was my first time coming to a dispensary after moving from North Carolina and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain everything and went over just about every product in the store as I told her this was my first time. Her upbeat attitude was truly spectacular. Lavern was absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable and able to help with any and all the questions we had. Made us feel super comfortable. When I return I look forward to checking out with her again. 10/10 recommend.
