What an awesome place. Everyone working here is amazing, they remember things such as the fact that my spine barely works and make sure to suggest what could help it. Even though everyone who works here is great, and I think they’re the best Denver Dispensary around, I have to give a special shout out to Ciana & Justin. They always make sure to have certain items picked out when they see me. And Aiden is so cool up front. Always down to joke around. Check them out and if you need to use the restroom, just ask because the mirrors are begging for selfies to be taken. Thanks again to your entire team!
I had a great experience with Ryan M. on the MED side. He took the time to show me all their products, gave me prices on my favorite items, educated me where he could and on top of it all he took his job seriously and took my pain seriously. From the time I got out of the car an employee greeted me and held the door for me, the front desk was pleasant, professional and funny. They walked me back and made sure I was helped in a timely manner and I left with my favorite products(some new products) and with better prices than the place I'm signed over to now. I have looked into a LOT of medical dispensaries and this place is a GEM. The location isn't great but I'm willing to go there because they make it worth it.
What happened to RM?? I used to be the biggest fan and loyal customer. Raved about them to my friends. Now, all the familiar friendly faces are gone. The prices have gone up. Yesterday I walked in through the very loud door and stood at the desk as I listened to two staff members just feet away in the next room jabber jawing and completely ignoring me. I quietly stood there for 5 minutes listening the male and female employee talk about the illicit drugs they have each tried. Somehow didn’t hear that loud door? Finally let me back, no apology, only to get a bystander who would not smile, say hello, or extend any human trait at all. I was shocked how surly this long haired dude was. What happened to this place? I don’t see the old manager guy anymore either. Time to move on.
Came in here for the first time today. They fool you with the customer service to distract you from the fact that they short you. Ordered 3 8ths today. Got a 3.1,3.0, and 3.2. They want the money dollar for dollar. I expect my weed point for point if you gone do it. They don’t show the scale. But make sure they verify that they gave you what you asked for. Horrible first impression. Weed cost too much to not have what I paid for. And just in case they have a smart response. I came in today with my bf 2/9/25 around 4pm. My name is Tatiana.
Reefer is an awesome vibe!! They are some of the chillest employees who have always been so patient with my decision making. I haven't had a single bad experience. They always take the time to ensure I get exactly what I'm looking for. They also host a monthly event to give back to the community. Great quality product. Awesome customer service. Big vibes.
