Colin is great! He had all the answers we needed and brought us everything we wanted to look at. Explained the benefits to my aunt who was looking for a specific reaction during use. Also need to check out the awesome nails. His manicure is on point!!
My boyfriend is visiting me from NC, and since itās during 4/20 season, we were looking for a pre-roll. After asking around, someone suggested JARS, but immediately suggested the place sucked. Low and behold, we had a five minute wait outside, in snow and cold. However, we had an umbrella and each other, so it wasnāt that bad. When checking our IDs, the person helping us recommended signing up for their rewards programā¦because weād get a free pre-roll our purchase. As it turns out, this was true. And the bud tender helping us was not only kind, he was personable and funny. The last bit Iād like to add is my boyfriend and I both needed the restroom. Someone accidentally locked it from the inside, but staff, including security, calmly and quietly helped us with that situation as well. Everyone was kind, the atmosphere was chill. And Iād definitely go again! I highly recommend!
I recently visited Jars dispensary in Colorado, and I can confidently say it will be my last. We were just married:) My husband and I are not frequent users, and the last couple of products we purchased elsewhere had made him anxious. Naturally, I wanted advice on what might work better for us. Instead of help, the first person I asked made a snide comment after I mentioned we donāt do this often, as if it were some sort of flaw. Ya know the type, the ones that tell women to get back to the kitchen that play COD, after getting disrespected on the game. Then, when I asked another question, he looked at his coworker and loudly exclaimed, āOMG, I canāt, can you help her?āāas if I was the problem for trying to make an informed decision. To top it off, my husband was rudely kicked out because his CDL had expired. Fine, he couldnāt stay, I get it. But was it necessary to be such a pompous jerk about it? To the man with the beard, I am so sorry for whatever gave you the petulant attitude that you so desperately wear, that you try and belittle people for not having an expansive knowledge on pot my guy. Customer service seems like an afterthought here. If youāre looking for guidance or respect as a customer, I suggest going elsewhere.
Jars is a great spot. We went 3 days in a row and each time were greeted warmly and helped by the very knowledgeable staff. All 3 of my budtenders, Ariel, Taylor and Gavin were super friendly, suggested great promotional deals and they know their products well! Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Jars! Weāll be back!
