Super helpful If there is something that you don't know about a weed or that you don't know about what you want they will always point you in the right direction and they will get you most bang for your bucks type of thing, it's great. I really appreciate all the deals they have it makes it easier to shop there. I always leave this dispensary very happy. The staff is always super friendly and helpful
I was in the area and dropped in to grab something quick. Why is your receptionist so rude? I get to the back and the budtender is rushing me. The workers here made me feel like an inconvenience for shopping there. I will definitely stay far away from this location.
Frankie and Chase over at the Dayton location are the ones I can depend on. They are more than a dispensary to me. They are more like family. I have mental health issues that make me pretty difficult to be around. Lightshade on Dayton has gone above and beyond to help me through some of my episodes while shopping. They really are amazing.
I have had a few bad occurrences here. First one, they sold my medical ounce to someone else with my name…not even sure how that is possible but I came to get the ounce I ordered online, got to the store and they told me I couldn’t because someone sold my ounce to another customer. That seems illegal? They took time and got it figured out so I could still take mine. Nonetheless, it wasn’t the strain I bought online either and the lady wouldn’t let me switch it. They question me every time I’m in there about my med card when i have it saved through their system. Makes me feel like I’m always doing something wrong. One last thing is I bought another ounce and got to the store, they had 2 for me under my name, I only bought 1. Why does that keep happening, I can’t trust this store and neither should you. I will not be back as I found a much better shop down the road that also takes medical and doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable.
Frankie was completely rude to me today!! As soon as i walked in was completely snobby with me. I was trying to make small talk before I went back to shop and I soon as I made it to the back I hear her talking about me an laughing with another coworker. Never had a problem here with anyone being rude but that was completely unprofessional and should get fired. Unless you guys allow this kind of service. I'm a General manager myself and I know people like her lower sales and tips. I would make changes before you lose business 100%.
