Reefer is an awesome vibe!! They are some of the chillest employees who have always been so patient with my decision making. I haven't had a single bad experience. They always take the time to ensure I get exactly what I'm looking for. They also host a monthly event to give back to the community. Great quality product. Awesome customer service. Big vibes.
Drove from Keystone to check this place out. I may never go anywhere else ever again after going here tonight. Great staff, great products. I am a medical patient and am so glad you are both rec and med. The 710 Labs selection was awesome, so many strains. This was my first time here and I was super impressed. I have bought weed in 19 states, 2 Canadian Provinces, Mexico, The Netherlands, and Belgium, so I go on trips JUST to sample the finer weeds of everywhere. This place is definitely in my top 5 list of all time and you have claimed the prize of being the best dispensary in the state of Colorado, in my book. Please keep doing exactly what you are doing!!!!!
I recently visited Reefer Madness because a friend recommended it for good prices on cannabis. I was looking for their best bottom-shelf options and ended up purchasing a half-ounce for $50. For what I was looking for, it was a decent deal, and I wasn't expecting anything too high-end, so the product met my expectations. The overall experience when we first walked in was great--the place had a nice vibe and seemed well-run. However, things went downhill when it came to customer service. The staff member helping us, Justin, wasn't very helpful. When I asked about the most flavorful bottom-shelf options, he mentioned that he doesn't smoke from that section and only uses a few other products. While I respect that, I was hoping for more useful feedback--like what other customers usually enjoy or what's popular. Instead, we were just offered a chance to smell the products without any real guidance. Later, when we asked for help choosing a disposable, Justin again wasn't very helpful. He undersold the products, saying he wouldn't personally use them and doesn't recommend disposables because they're wasteful and you're only paying for the hardware. While I appreciate his honesty, it wasn't the feedback I was hoping for, especially since we were clearly interested in buying one. In the end, I left with a half-ounce and a disposable, but felt frustrated and confused. Justin didn't offer the level of guidance I expected, and the service fell short compared to what I think other dispensaries would have provided. I hope my experience will be different next time because the dispensary itself seemed great, but the customer service didn't meet my expectations.

Friendly service the minute the door opened. The bud tenders were very knowledgeable and polite. They made the whole experience fun and also kept us laughing. great selection, best prices, and best bud tenders! really impressive.
