Wednesday the 20th 2024 , after 6pm me and my husband stopped after going shopping he had a customer he was chatting with when we got there he wanted to keep chatting with, he come to the window check the ID and told us he couldn't serve us because my husbands ID had a small spot on it ,ok my husband's he turned both of us away I had a valid ID he never even offered to let me in great customer service not ,he told us he couldn't serve us because he just got in trouble for doing the same thing I am 53 went to that store because I live by it I use a great deal of thc medically for illnessI,this guy did not give a crap ,my husband just went with me he doesn't smoke or use any kind of weed or anything else for that matter,it's ok another store will get out business and our friends and I will suggest the friends that go there to go somewhere else,the others that work there do a great job,I went to green solutions Northglenn for years ,I guess i thought Rocky's customer service would be as good,I was way wrong
Danea was great and friendly. I came in to pick up an order and she got it right together for me. Awesome customer service.
