My experience at Native Roots was very superb! My budtender Jennifer was very helpful and informative. She even made sure to give me some deals/promos and helped me get a little more cannabis than I thought I was going to! All over this dispensary has good prices, and amazing customer service! Thank you Native Roots! And most importantly, than you Jennifer!!! Will definitely be coming back because of this visit! 💯
The quality of the product I’ve been given here is often (if not always) subpar to that which I receive in CA. (Sometimes) it’s almost like Certain employees intentionally steer me to product that falls flat. I appreciate that this is often done with a smile, but one must value Quality over Access. So… my business will merely have to be diverted elsewhere. Will not be returning. Best of luck!
My most favorite staff at a Dispensary ever! I've been a medical patient for 2 years and have been treated like a VIP. Ryan was so friendly, he made sure to mention my points to get my discounts. Travis, Joe, Jay, Zach, I wish I could remember them all. You all go out of your way to get me what I need for chronic pain, in addition to being such an attentive caring staff! Just love you all! This place is incredible. The selection is top notch, the staff (Ryan and Joseph) were patient knowledgeable and helpful and the energy of the place has a very positive vibe. I’m always excited to go here and leave satisfied. I don’t get that same experience in other shops. Great deals, great product, great service. 5 ⭐️
Jennifer was amazing. She was very intelligent about all of her product knowledge and helped me feel comfortable in getting all of the materials that I needed. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave us a great experience.
