Service was basic and low energy. I stopped last week to purchase a new battery, ended up leaving with a Green Dot- Fortissimo product. The product was claim "better quality" so I purchased it. It worked for the first ten pulls and stoped working. My battery was over heating. The return policy is apparently 48 hours so I wasted $40 on a half gram that will not work and they can't do anything about it. Never going back.
Jeremy is a great guy and helped me a ton!! And was super nice and I could tell was just a very cool dude. Almost all of the crew is this way, super friendly and will follow along with how you feel, small talk or just being quiet and relaxed. They will be nice no matter what and help you find exactly what you need. I have to tip almost every time if I'm able to. Go here! Great selection and they'll treat you like a good friend. Also cheap shake.
This place has the lowest energy and motivation from any other dispensary I’ve been too. They always are quick to get you out the door without finding any compromise for low income households. 1/8th 25 quarter for 50 and as is scaled up. Also had a full gram stem in my 1/8. Bunch of hustlers.
Update: I had an issue with a Eureka battery and contacted the store looking to buy a replacement magnet. They don't carry them and had no leads to get them. I was upset, but contacted Eureka directly. They were super awesome and have forever earned my business. So, I decided to try this store again. I bought two carts late on the 6th. I didn't open the second until the 9th and the bottom fell out of a brand new cart. I called and asked for an exchange, was told no. Spoke to a manager and was also told no. This store has no idea was customer service is, it's pathetic. I will never spend my money here again. It's really disappointing that Longmont doesn't have one decent dispo in town.. I guess I'll continue to drive out to Boulder.
Great experience, friendly staff, and affordable prices. Big shout out and thanks to Jeremy for helping me with my selection. Look forward to returning and trying out some of the many flavors available.
